Sustainable future and combating the challenges of climate change was held in the beautiful province of Farah

The Climate and Environment Coordination Platform (CECOP), in collaboration with the TLO Liaison Office, held a one-day training workshop on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, in the center of Farah province to raise awareness and build capacity regarding climate change and its solutions.

A total of 80 participants from different segments of society took part in the workshop.

The aim of this program was to enhance public awareness and capacity concerning the environment and climate change. During the one-day workshop, specialized and scientific presentations were delivered by members of the Climate and Environment Coordination Platform (CECOP) and professors from Kabul University.

At the end of the workshop, participants shared their views and experiences about climate change in Farah province.
